Works in combination of the CyanView Rio Live. Special cables and dongles with computer system and usually trained engineer is best to go out with system. Its not plug and play like most RCP are. . .
Key Features
The CyanView Cy-CI0 is a generic PoE (Power over Ethernet) camera interface module that solves the problems often associated with the use of specialized cameras: cabling, incompatible equipment and lack of connections.
Attached to or placed alongside the camera, the CyanView Cy-CI0 uses a single IP connection to power small cameras directly, as well as to control them with pre-fabricated cables using a variety of ports (RS232, RS422, RS485, LANC, TTL, DMX, etc.). The system has 2 outputs for controlling 2 cameras (same/different) on a Cy-CI0. It can also be used wirelessly via RF 433-900MHz/Wifi/3G or serial modems.
Future designs will include motorization for focus and iris on most C-Mount lenses, control of robot heads via Pelco, DMX, etc., and video over IP with light compression (TICO or VC2) remaining compatible with 16bps IP switchers
